 William Lovell is on an exciting journey of improvement. The key to the success of our school is quality of our staff. Recently we have been successful in recruiting passionate staff who are ambitious for our students and for the success of the school. They join a dedicated team of individuals who have helped the school come through some recent challenges and will be the cornerstones of our future success.

Our new leadership is creative, dedicated and unrelenting in its drive for high outcomes for our students. This is underpinned by strong Christian values and the supportive family feel of a church school education. 

Having an unrelenting passion to create a successful school is hard work and is not an easy path to take. However, it is the chance to build a project as part of a team; one that changes the lives of our students and gives our academy community an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment.

We are always looking for staff who are prepared to "step up" and drive our school forward; who are passionate about transforming the lives of our students and want to give them the best chances of success in whatever future they chose for themselves.
