Interim Executive Board

We’re delighted to welcome you to the Governance section of the William Lovell Church of England Academy website.

In broad terms, as an Interim Executive Board we:

• Take a strategic role in the running of the school.
• Act as a critical friend to the school.
• Ensure accountability to the school community.

We work in partnership with the Headteacher, The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust and the school staff, taking an active interest in the direction of travel and the improvement plans for the school, as well as financial monitoring.

We do not get involved in the day-to-day operation of the school. As a Board, we are working alongside the Senior Leadership Team to build on this aspiration, committing to a plan of improvement for the learning outcomes of all our students.

We are always willing to hear from anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the board and of course, if you have any questions or feedback please do contact the school office.
